Shipping and Returns
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Please keep your order number safe, as it can be used to check the status of your order (or any claims placed regarding your order). Once received, your order will begin processing on our next business day. All items are handcrafted so please allow 1-5 business days for processing. Once processing has completed for your order, a shipping label for your order will be created. You will receive another email with the tracking number to track your package as it makes its way to you. Please allow 36-48 hours for tracking to update, prior to reaching out. Items are generally shipped the day after processing is complete; if there are any unusual delays in order processing time, you will be notified by Sovereignty Beauty customer service.
Shipping time of your order is dependent upon your selection at checkout:
- Approximately 1-5 business days anywhere in the USA
UPS AIR SAVER, SECOND DAY EXPRESS MAIL
- Approximately 1-3 days after ship date
- Approximately 3-10 business days internationally
Depending on your selection, total processing and handling times are 2 - 8 business days. To ensure you get your orders by your preferred delivery date, please place your order 5 - 14 days before needed.
If you place two separate orders they will be shipped separately, unless otherwise stated.
If, for any reason, you've entered the wrong shipping address, you have 12 hours to contact us to make the proper corrections. After this you will be responsible for re-shipment fees.
If your address is correct and you have not received your package please contact USPS, file a claim and follow the directions on their website: USPS.com. Your item is insured up to $100 included with purchase (this applies to priority mail and express shipping methods ONLY).
Currently, we do not own a retail store and are online only. If you would like to shop in person, please visit us on instagram or sign up for emails to find out about our next pop up shop or expo in your area.
Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products, NO exchanges or returns will be allowed. If your products arrives damaged please send an email with a photo of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org and await review of your claim. If your claim is approved you will receive store credit only
Defective or damaged facial tools can be replaced or available for partial store credit upon review
If you received the wrong item, please send an email with a photo of the item to email@example.com and the correct item will be sent to you within 7 business days upon receipt of return of wrong item (return label will be provided)
Shipping costs are non-refundable so please keep this in mind when submitting a product claim
You agree to this policy when you place an order online or in person (pop up shop, expo, vsteam lounge etc) All terms are binding.
